Featuring new work by Ned Roche, Cait Giunta, Mary Sweeney,
Tara Morin, Ashley Norman & Patrick Scully
May 23 - July 11, 2015

Sticks and Stones is built around the elements of paper, wood and ceramic. A combination of both sculptural and functional, the artwork in this exhibition depicts a playful connection to the natural world. Featuring raku, reduction and soda fired ceramics of Mary Sweeney, stick-fort illustrations and found object and ceramic sculpture of Cait Giunta, investigations of Ned Roche's ceramic sculpture through printmaking, acrylic primordial landscapes and pen and ink illustrations on panel by Tara Morin, and introducing Patrick Scully, a Connecticut based artist inspired by ancient Mesoamerican ritual. The contemporary artwork in this show is accompanied by curated antiques and objects from Smith & Zukas Antiques.
