Instructor: Sarah Wonson
This introductory course will focus on various methods of etching. From soft to hard ground, drypoint, spit-bite and aquatint, students will learn, explore and experiment. In four weeks, gain the skills you need to manipulate three copper plates and create an edition of your own original artwork.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Sarah Wonson graduated from Massachusetts College of Art & Design with a BFA in Printmaking in 2007. She currently resides and works in Gloucester, MA. Her creative life focuses on the natural world, expressed through plein air drawing, collage and block printing.
